Delivery

At Chimera we provide our customers with an efficient method of safe delivery, with all items despatched in secure, robust and discreet packaging. Since 1996 we have shipped to many destinations across the world.

We aim to deliver all orders as quickly as possible, with the majority being despatched within 24 hours of receipt. Occasionally there may be a delay if an item is temporarily out of stock or unavailable, or due to a reason beyond our control.

And now, having relocated to Spain so we can legally offer R18 DVDs to our UK customers, not only are we absorbing the extra postage costs of shipping by international airmail from Spain to the UK, but we have actually reduced and simplified all our postage charges, no matter where you are in the world:

Spain, the Ballearics and Tenerife - FREE
UK, Western Europe & BFPO - £1.50 per item
The Rest of the World - £2.50 per item

Furthermore, for orders which include DVDs you are invited to choose how you would like them packaged:

Option 1 - DVD with colour cover in a protective wallet (no plastic case).

Option 2 - DVD with colour cover in a standard plastic DVD case.

Although all orders are shipped very discreetly, by offering these options we enable you to select just how discreet you would like your order to be. For example, a robust jiffy bag containing a DVD with colour cover and protective wallet, rather than its plastic DVD case, will not look like it contains a DVD at all.

So if you would like this added peace of mind please select delivery Option 1 in the postage drop-down menu during the checkout process, or if you're not overly concerned and would like your DVD in its plastic case please select Option 2 in the drop-down menu. If you have no DVDs in your order it doesn't matter which option is selected.
